  • Excerpts From Interview 1 : Where did you get placed? (he said Jindal Steels). Why do they need mechanical engineers? (candidate was a mechanical engineer) What is heavy water? Name some nuclear stations. What is the breakup of hydel, nuke and thermal power in terms of percentage power generation? Name some hydel power stations. Why MBA? Who controls Maruti Suzuki? (candidate had made some project on car manufacturing) What is the issue with the A-star? Who used to control Maruti? What do you think TATA owning Land Rover and Jaguar will do to their sales abroad? Do you think A-stars recall will affect its brand image in Europe? What is the difference between carburetor and fuel injector? Is manual or automatic transmission better in terms of fuel efficiency? What is K-series engine? What do you know about the Nano? Who makes their engines? What is the biggest cost in manufacturing a car?
