Process
The process consists of IRMASAT and Group Exercises, followed by personal interview.
IRMASAT comprised of 30 questions, out of which 27 were of social awareness and 3 of verbal ability (mainly RC). There was no negative marking. The duration of the test was 30 minutes.
Feedback - Group Activity & Case Discussion

Group Activity:
In the group activity, candidates were asked to decide the order of preference/priority for given set of 9-10 things or traits/skills or issues, etc.
Case Discussion:
The case discussion round involved a case study based on a company/business which is facing a problem. The candidates had to come up with a solution and suggest the right course of action.

Introduce yourself. Do you read news? So, tell me about the current happenings of your state? (many specific questions on the same) Are you aware of NRC? And CAA? Tell me about them in detail. What made you choose IRMA? What is your long term goal? Do you have any questions for us?

(Many academic questions from probability, statistics, and financial engineering) Tell us the difference between mean, mode and median. If we have mean, why do we need median? Why IRMA? How did your prepare for this interview? Tell me three things that India is struggling with at this time.
