Process
The process consists of IRMASAT and Group Exercises, followed by personal interview.
IRMASAT is a written test consisting of 30 questions based on social awareness. The duration of the test is 30 minutes.

Group Exercises are conducted in two rounds: Group Activity and Case Discussion.

Group Activity
Duration: 20 minutes
- Number of Group Skills given: Arrange them in the order of preference
- 9 Problems/issues in middle class: Arrange in the order of priority
Case Discussion
Duration: 20 minutes
- You are the member of the board of directors of the company. A research grants needs to be given with your permission. You are required to focus on the CSR part of the company. (5 options are given out of which the group needs to choose and justify one option)
- You are running a chain of hospitals, which is in loss. (some facts given about the case) Give suggestions.
