  • Excerpts From Interview 1 : Tell us something about yourself? What did you study in industrial engineering? What is an optimal solution and what is a feasible situation? Name five nationalized banks and five private banks? Name the regulatory authority for stock markets in India? Name the regulatory authority for telecom sector in India? Then there were questions on chief ministers of states of India and on the Union Budget.
  • Excerpts From Interview 2 : Tell us something about yourself? Why do we need Data Warehousing? What is the difference between a data warehouse and a data mart? How would you market your state?
  • Excerpts From Interview 3 : What do you know about Customer Relationship Management? What are more important: ethics or targets? How do you rate your communication skills? Who is E Sreedharan and what projects has he been involved in? Compare E Sreedharan and T N Sheshan.
  • Excerpts From Interview 4 : Tell us about your home town. What is the definition of a Deemed University? Differentiate it from other universities on the basis of grants offered. Questions on the union budget of current year and its impact on the IT industry.

IITs have been known for their focus on academics in interviews. There was a lot of focus on academics and in addition a no. of questions on general knowledge and current affairs were asked.
