  • Excerpts From Interview 1: Introduce yourself? Tell us something about your work responsibilities? How is one gear box different from another? What is a synchromesh gear? What is a warm gear and can we use it in steering? What is inflation and how is it calculated?
Elaborate upon World Bank and its functions.
  • Excerpts From Interview 2: Name the subjects that you have studied in your final semester? Why do we use high voltage transmission? What kinds of losses occur in transmission system? What is corona loss? What should be the distance of separation between two conductors in a transmission system? What is power factor and what is reactive power?
  • Excerpts From Interview 3: Tell us something about the place you currently reside at? Tell us something about the subjects that you have studied in engineering? Can imports help in growth of a country's economy? Do you know what a cartel is? Give us an example of a cartel? What do you know about ASEAN?
Overall Feedback – PI
The interviewers were very specific about their questions and a no. of questions were asked from the topics that the candidates had already studied. There were no general questions. They were also interested in knowing about the kind of information a candidate possesses regarding some international and other general knowledge issues.
