Tell me something about yourself. Oh! You worked at Rakshak Foundation. What was your role? Do you know the headquarters of this foundation? Why did you take this internship? So, you were preparing for UPSC. Why did you leave your preparation and what made you turn towards MBA? So, getting a job in audit department made you forget about your IAS aspiration? What is your role in the whole audit process? What is the difference between audit and investigation? What other calls do you have? You are from Jaipur. So, what is Jaipur famous for? Can you tell any famous personality from Jaipur? Do you know any sportsperson from Jaipur? What does Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore play? In which year did he get Padma Bhushan Award? What are your views about the recent budget? Tax exemption is done to grab votes. Do you also think so? Ok let’s solve one problem (The interviewer wrote an equation on paper and asked me the value of variables a, b and c.) Are you sure or you still want to give it a try? Give me integral solution. What is the difference between manager and a leader? Among Steve Jobs and Tim Cook, who's a manager and who's a leader? Are you sure? What is difference between a political leader and business leader? How many of the Tata CEOs and top management do you know about? Why do you want to join IIM L? Suggest some solutions to combat the rising loneliness epidemic. So how can we promote the culture of reading among teenagers and school children? There are already classes devoted to reading in schools, what’s new about your idea? Ok, think you are the director of CBSE and you are supposed to implement this suggestion in schools. Tell us how you would go about doing it and implement in effectively. So do you yourself read books? So, what is their business model? (Candidate previously mentioned about Nike) You read any fiction? Don’t you think Hosseini and Murakami only focus on Afghanistan and Japan respectively? What about representation for the rest of the world? Do you read fantasy? Who should not be named in the HP series and why? Character who was in the 8th movie but not in rest of the movies? What is the full name of Dumbledore? Have you got calls from any other IIMs? What do you think Lucknow should do so that you reject all those calls and join our institute?
