FMS Delhi - Selection Process
For its full-time MBA program, FMS shortlists candidates on the basis of their CAT scores. These selected candidates have to appear in a personal interview (PI), which also includes an extempore round. A few years back, the admission process also included a Group Discussion (GD) round. The candidate's academic records, work experience, SOP, and performance in the CAT, PI, Extempore - all factor into the admissions.

Topics Given in FMS Delhi’s Extempore
Each candidate has one minute to prepare and 2-3 minutes to talk during this round. The candidate's biography, job history, interests, current events, or general issues form the theme for extempore topics. Questions Asked in FMS Delhi Interviews
Each candidate is assessed by a panel of 2-3 interviewers as per their ambitions, education, job history, and other factors. The candidate's statement of purpose (SOP) also forms the basis of certain questions. Every interview lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, with some getting wrapped up in 5 minutes.
