Excerpts From Interview 3 : The questions related to my performance in GD. Whether I was satisfied with my performance? I was put in various managerial situations where I was to lead a team of people and asked about my way of giving them the rewards for their outstanding performance towards the completion of their targets? I was questioned why did as a fresher I wanted to do an MBA why not take a job experience and then go for an MBA?

There were no general questions and most of the questions were picked from what was mentioned in the CV. The students somehow felt that a lot of weightage was given to the CAT percentile score.
