Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM)is a key department of the reputed IIT Kharagpur. VGSoMoffers a two-year full-time MBA programme, that focuses on nurturing entrepreneurial and managerial skills in students. In the first stage, the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their CAT scores, academic performance, and similar other factors. The final admission list is prepared as per the candidates’CAT scores, interview performance, and application rating.

Interview Experiences
MBA interviews at IIT-Kh were carried out by a panel of three members. The candidates were asked about their work experience, internship, academic background, and hobbies. In the case of working professionals, detailed questions were put on the job profile, responsibilities, and related sectors.Each interview went on for 15-25 minutes.
