  • Excerpts From Interview 1: Tell us something about your family background? Which European nation recently declared independence? Which head of a state retired recently? What do you understand by Sub Prime Crisis? Why do you think the banks would want to expand? What are the problems faced in case of merger of two banks? Why don't you do a MBA from IIT?
  • Excerpts From Interview 2: Do you read newspapers? Which group owns the Telegraph? Since your mother is an IAS officer, why not opt for IAS? Why do you think few girls make it to IIMs? What is complexity?
  • Excerpts From Interview 3: Introduce yourself. Questions on the home town. Tell us about the requirements for being classified as tribal. Name some tribal groups in India. What is modular furniture and what is modular building. Questions based on Geographical Information Systems. Why did you leave your job at TCS?

All the candidates were asked to introduce themselves and also questions were asked on their family backgrounds. In addition to the above mentioned process, all the candidates had to write an essay on the topic of group discussion for 30 Minutes.
